But- seriously- the transition from 2 to 3 happened so seamlessly. Maybe it's the minivan that cushioned the blow ::)
Honestly- I am surprised at how much fun it is to have a girl. I may be one of the few who kind of wanted all boys- and was a little disappointed to have the girl. But my mind is changed. I love this girl. If nothing else- she's WAY more fun to dress.
Look at her. She's adorable.
and I swear she said 'mum' yesterday. Every time I pick her up I say 'mum. mum. mum' just to try and introduce her to the sounds. Zeb said 'hopper' first and Ike was saying 'dada' at seven months so I'm determined to snag metta's first word. If it happens again it's the real deal and I'll claim it.
every day miss metta becomes more and more social. She is in a constant open mouth smile. When she's happy- you can't get her to close it. Sounds a lot like her mom.Don't you just want to squish her cheeks!?

I really do want to squish her cheeks! So cute! Girls are SO much fun to dress!
She is adorable! She looks a lot like Zeb in these pics. I must admit that I've put a flowery headband on Jake a time or two...don't tell Eric!! If I ever have a girl you'll have to help me make cute headbands like Metta's.
I'm a fan of baby girls :). And for me, baby three was much easier too :)!
I'll miss your mini family reunion in Buffalo. Have fun!
XXOO to all.
NA
She is too darn cute! I was just thinking today how glad I am that I get to experience having both boys and girls. I guess I would have been fine either way, but it worked out good for me. I'm happy to hear that it went smoothly from 2 to 3 because I've been having to start brainwashing myself that I could, indeed handle 3. It's just the two wear me out so much as it is, how would I ever handle more? Good thing it's not a pressing issue! I'm thinking it's a good thing we got a minivan now, so I can use it to cushion the blow when the time comes. ;)
She truly is adorable.
SOOOOO cute! Look at those fingers - still long and pretty. She is always dressed so darling. Glad we can enjoy her through your blog but I sure would love to squish AND kiss those sweet cheekies.
She is adorable and I am like you I hate the baby stage the no sleep feed every 3 hours is rough!! they are so much more fun when they start to be mobile and more interactive and understand what you are saying to them!!!
