Nope- no baby. I've got my last appt tomo morning at eight AM though.
Zeb LOVES his pop up Thomas book (thanks melynda!!) but apparently he thinks it's more like a paper doll book for trains. He has ripped out every train, tunnel, and harold possible. He still loves all of the pieces- and plays with them regularly. It's his book- and we figured he could do with it what he wanted. We tried to explain to him that he wasn't supposed to rip out the cool pop up pieces- but I just don't think the target audience for pop-ups is 18 months old. He's getting way more enjoyment out of it now anyway. He especially likes to go digging around to find all the pieces of harold the helicopter. He'll shout "harold! harold!" over and over again as he searches. It's pretty cute.

You are right it is his and he can do what he wants to it. That's cute that he still plays with it. I sure do love that little buddie! He is so dang fun!
"Harold where are you?"
Andrew ripped apart his pop up book too. You're right - 18 months isn't the best age for those! But at least he still loves all the pieces!
Get used to blogging with one hand when thing #2 comes.
didn't it drive you crazy when he ripped all the pieces out?
AUGH!!! Stresses me out just seeing the picture!! Carver has a truck pop-up that lives on the top shelf for looking at ONLY with parental supervision. I can't take broken things. But I bet it would be fun used as pieces, though. Too bad my kiddos will never find out!
congrats on being so open-minded about the book. it's cool he gets so much enjoyment out of the pieces. how do you keep them all together? maybe he'll be really into puzzles like Katie is.
